  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship to:

  • All Emirates within the United Arab Emirates

  • Selected international destinations, depending on product availability and shipping partner coverage

If your location is not available at checkout, it means we currently do not ship to that area. We are continuously working to expand our shipping destinations.

Shipping Timeframes

Since Al-Badarathal operates as a dropshipping store, products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Shipping times may vary depending on the product, supplier location, and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Arab Emirates: 7–15 business days

  • International Orders: 10–25 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volumes

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For UAE orders, customs duties are generally not applicable.

Al-Badarathal is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Address Accuracy

Al-Badarathal is not responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of:

Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
