At Al-Badarathal, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are accepted. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our business and the fact that Al-Badarathal operates on a dropshipping model, we accept returns only under specific circumstances.

You may be eligible for a return or refund if:

  • You received a defective or damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order was not delivered despite confirmed shipment

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care

  • Products with normal wear and tear

  • Items returned without original packaging (where applicable)

  • Products returned after the 7-day return window

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (wrong product, size, or variant)

Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

  • Your order number

Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A refund (full or partial, depending on the situation)


Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A full refund if a replacement is not available


Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary and are outside our control

Refunds will be issued only after verification and approval of the claim.


Return Shipping

  • In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping charges (if paid) are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items, as Al-Badarathal is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Return addresses and instructions will be provided after your return request is approved.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

If an order is canceled within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued.


Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team. We will investigate the issue with our shipping partners.

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we may offer:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A full refund


Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to alternative accounts.


Policy Abuse

Al-Badarathal reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns if:

  • There is evidence of fraud or abuse

  • Repeated refund requests are made without valid reasons
